Pennsylvania CareerLink Armstrong County

Pennsylvania CareerLink Armstrong County is a cooperative effort designed to provide a single-source delivery system of career services to jobseekers, employers, and other interested individuals. The goal of the PA CareerLink Armstrong County is to create a collaborative system where resource partners in various organizations provide interested individuals with access to employment, education, and training resources under one roof.

Customized Job Training (CJT)

The Customized Job Training Program provides grants for specialized job training to existing or newly hired employees.

WEDnetPA

In an effort to strengthen the business environment of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, WEDnetPA provides a training network responsive to employers’ workforce needs. This network is the Guaranteed Free Training (GFT) Program.

The WEDnetPA managed GFT offers two training programs. These programs give qualified in-state businesses - as well as out-of-state companies interested in relocating to the economic friendly business climate of Pennsylvania - the opportunity to train new and existing employees.
